(NBC video) ObamaCare "Cadillac Tax" punishing insured Americans

The "Cadillac Tax" of ObamaCare doesn't kick in until 2018--it punishes policy holders who have great insurance with an excise tax. It's really another Obama wealth distribution scheme.

But these insured are already paying a higher price--as NBC News tells us. They're being punished because they have great policies.
