IBD op-ed: "Illinois business climate is not much better than Zimbabwe's"

Even on African standards, the economy of Zimbabwe is an abysmal failure. So it's a prudent to take notice when Investors Business Daily writes in an editorial, "But the fact remains that the current Illinois business climate is not much better than Zimbabwe's."
