Blago expected to take stand tomorrow

Chicago's Michigan Ave.
Disgraced former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is expected to take the stand tomorrow in his own defense at his second corruption trial. Legal experts say a court hearing in front of U.S. District Judge James Zagel regarding defense inquiries regarding which secretly-recorded audio tapes can be played in front of the jury.

The Chicago Democrat vowed to take the stand in his first trial. With the exception of one guilty count for lying to a federal official, the jury failed to reach a verdict numerous others. Blago says he didn't follow through on that promise because the prosecution didn't prove their case.
