When will welsher Pat Quinn pay up on Bears-Packers bet?

Now that the budget faceoff between Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and the public-sector unions is essentially over, will his welsher counterpart, Pat Quinn of Illinois, pay up on his bet?

The Green Bay Packers, who went on to win Super Bowl XVL last month, defeated the Chicago Bears in the NFC championship game in January. Democrat Quinn and Republican Walker made a bet on the outcome; loser Quinn was supposed to volunteer at a Green Bay food pantry last month, but backed out because of the union battle north of the border.

Public-sector unions were quite generous with contributions with his campaign.

Is Quinn waiting for a permission slip from his union bosses?
