Calumet, Michigan's St. Paul the Apostle Church

Designed by Erhard Brielmeier, the Romanesque-style St. Paul the Apostle Church has served Catholics in Calumet, Michigan since 1908, although it was originally known as St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church.

That parish was established by Slovenian immigrants who came to work the mines in Copper Country in the Upper Peninsula.
