(Rauner video) "Ron," former AFSCME union president backs Bruce

Ron Wilson, the former president of AFSCME Local 993 in Vandalia, is supporting Republican challenger Bruce Rauner for governor of Illinois.

"Pat Quinn has made so many promises," Wilson says in the ad. "Don't attack Bruce, tell me what you've got done. I see zero."

Ron Wilson, AFSCME Local president until forced out by the membership 5 years ago after only 7 months on the job, supports Bruce Rauner. What a surprise! The current president, A Republican and former Republican committeeman, supports Pat Quinn. Only 2 more weeks for Bruce to buy himself some more grass roots!

  2. Thank God for the secret ballot. Plenty of union members vote GOP. Where the Democrats make out like bandits is the campaign cash from Big Labor.

Or as the Koch Brothers say, "Thank God for dimwits that vote Republican, or we'd have to pay some insignificant extra amount of money in taxes to reduce deficits and improve America. That's where we make out like bandits!"

  5. The ad must be effective. It's getting more hits than any of the Rauner videos I've posted.

Yes, not to mention 2 commenters! If Little Lord FauntleRauner has any cash left over from buying black preachers' endorsements, maybe he can run it again!
