ILL-inois: Pat Quinn's "temporary" income tax hike expires in 288 days

Three years ago, Illinois' inept governor, Pat Quinn, signed into law a 67 percent income tax hike, one he promised would be temporary. As the law stands now, it expires in 288 dats

But Quinn and his fellow Chicago Democrats that run the General Assembly are scheming create what they are calling a "fair tax."

We can stop this madness by electing Republican Bruce Rauner as the next governor.
