Estonia next? Putin complains about treatment of ethnic Russians there--what about Latvia?

Riga, Latvia
On top of shipping groups Josef Stalin deemed "unreliable peoples" in boxcars to Siberia, the evil dictator resettled ethnic Russians to replace them in an attempt to create Russian majorities in other Soviet republics.

The Estonians were such a nationality--and Russians make up over 90 percent of the border city of Narva, Estonia's third largest city.

Is Narva--or Estonia--next for Putin?

From Reuters:
Russia signaled concern on Wednesday at Estonia's treatment of its large ethnic Russian minority, comparing language policy in the Baltic state with what it said was a call in Ukraine to prevent the use of Russian.
In Latvia, Russians make up about 30 percent of the population. Fortunately for Latvia, the ethnic Russians are concentrated in Riga near the Baltic Sea--and in Daugavpils--which is near the border of Belarus.

What if Putin grabs Belarus? The Baltic States are NATO members, but despite a treaty to protect Ukraine, feckless Obama and the West did nothing.
