Another Pat Quinn broken promise: He spends very little time in Springfield

Illinois State Capitol
After he succeeded his two-time running mate Rod Blagojevich, Pat Quinn promised that he'd live in the governor's mansion, something that Blago refused to do.

Well not only doesn't Quinn reside there, he spends very little time in the capital.

From the Illinois News Network:
Gov. Pat Quinn has spent about 10 percent of his time in Springfield during the past six months.

The Democrat governor found himself absent from the Illinois capital on all but 19 days since August.

In fact, Chicago has accommodated Quinn seven times more often than has Springfield.
It's another Quinn broken promise, just like this "temporary" income tax hike.
