Illinois' 13th District: GOPer Davis has over $700K in bank

Rodney Davis, a House freshman representing downstate Illinois' 13th Congressional District, raised over $450,000 in the second quarter his year, which brought his campaign bank past $700,000.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is looking at this district as a possible pick up in 2014--Ann Callis is running.

Davis also faces a primary challenge from former Miss America Erika Harold.
