Nation's toughest gun laws: Seven murdered in Chicago yesterday

Despite having the toughest anti-gun laws in the nations. six Chicagoans were shot to death yesterday--a seventh died after being stabbed. Despite having a smaller population than Los Angeles and New York--Chicago logged more murders than those cities last year.
