Jindal slams Obama on drilling permatorium

Today is the first anniversary of the BP Deepwater Horizon blowout in the Gulf of Mexico. Louisiana's Governor, Bobby Jindal, used the occasion to slam the Obama administration's permatorium against Gulf drilling.
