Unhappy anniversary: Roskam bemoans failed stimulus

Marking unhappy days is a painful experience, which is why I almost overlooked that tomorrow is the second anniversary of President Obama signing into law the $1 trillion stimulus bill. The Obama administration said with the signing of the bill, unemployment would not rise above 8 percent. After reaching 10 percent, it's now at "just" 9 percent.

Rep. Peter Roskam (R-IL), the House Chief Deputy Majority Whip, who I met last week at CPAC, comments on this unhappy anniversary.
