Obama Winter: He said "jobs" 31 times during State of the Union, jobs was "number one focus" of last years SOTU

Rich Exner of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer noticed that President Obama uttered the word "jobs" 31 times during last week's State of the Union address.

Let's look back to last year's address:

That is why jobs must be our number one focus in 2010, and that is why I am calling for a new jobs bill tonight.
Obama got his jobs bill in March. Meanwhile, the nationwide unemployment rate remains above 9 percent. It has been above that rate for 19 months--the longest such stretch since the Great Depression.

But Obama said "jobs" 31 times the other night. Yet Obama Winter continues.
