McConnell opposes START treaty

Add Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell to the list of people who oppose the START arms reduction treaty between the United State and Russia:

I've decided that I cannot support the [START] treaty. I think the verification provisions are inadequate and I do worry about the missile defense implications of it.
