Joel Pollak, the Republican candidate for Illinois' 9th Congressional District, will be holding a town hall meeting on job creation at the Holiday Inn in Skokie, 5300 W. Touhy, on Thursday night from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The recession has hit this area hard, yet Pollak's liberal opponent, Rep. Jan Schakowsky, is an ardent supporter of President Obama's jobs-killing agenda. She supports ObamaCare, cap and trade, and the so-called Employee Free Choice Act.
Pollak, pictured with some Skokie high school students, has better ideas, but he wants to hear yours too.
