William Kelly's Truth Squad coming to WIND-AM next month

What's coming to Chicago's airwaves in July on Sunday nights from 10pm-11pm? The Truth Squad!

From a press release first posted on Chicago News Bench:

Bringing the Kelly Truth Squad to the AM 560 WIND airwaves, political commentator and satirist, William J. Kelly, takes on the worlds of politics, sports, and entertainment in "humorous pursuit of truth, justice and all things America." Kelly pens the popular Bill Kelly's Truth Squad for the Washington Times Communities, where it is consistently among the Times’ #1 reads and is regularly featured on the daily paper’s front page website, which receives 400,000 views. Kelly also edits and manages the Times' Tea Party Report, which reports nationally on the Tea Party Movement.

A graduate of the Second City Conservatory, Kelly is also a producer of Emmy award-winning television and received a nomination for outstanding on-camera achievement. He made conservatives stand up and cheer with the documentary, "A Conservative in Chicago." He was formerly the Executive Director of National Taxpayers United, an affiliate of the National Taxpayers Union. In 2010, he ran statewide for Illinois comptroller in the Republican primary and also blogs at the Chicago Tribune's Chicagonow.com.

If you can take the heat, turn up the volume as the Kelly Truth Squad radio revolution begins! The bad guys in Washington just won’t know what hit 'em and…it's about time!

For more information, a new website will be launching soon at www.kellytruthsquad.com or you can visit Bill Kelly's Truth Squad here.
If you live outside of the Chicago area, you can listen to Kelly's show from the WIND-AM web site.
