Did we learn anything new about Blago?, Well, he can't use a computer, he doesn't know how to send text messages--in fact, he has difficulty using other operations of a cell phone.
Oh, he isn't very good at delegating authority, which is not a surprise since he went through many chief-of-staffs during his six years of misrule.
