ObamaCare already hurting small businesses

Of course you might say, "I don't own a tanning salon, nor do I work for one." But tanning salons are only the first victim of ObamaCare.

But there's more to it: If tanning salons are forced out of business because of the 10 percent tanning tax--that only means tax revenue will have to come from other businesses.
