Arkansas Dem Congressional candidate opposes EFCA

If enacted, the so-called Employee Free Choice Act will replace workplace secret ballot elections when workers decide whether to join a union with a free-to-peek petition drive called card check.

A union thug, possibly your supervisor, might be the person asking you to sign on the dotted line.

Big Labor and their Democratic enablers are trying shove EFCA down America's throat. Just like ObamaCare.

But one Democrat, Tim Wooldridge, an Arkansas candidate for Congress, says "No" to the Employee FORCED Choice Act.

From the Baxter Bulletin:

If elected, Wooldridge said he will vote against the Employee Free Choice bill now floating in Congress, should the current bill come to the House floor for a vote. He said Arkansas is a right-to-work state where people have an expectation of employment without regard for union status. Protections in current laws that offers individual privacy when deliberating forming or joining labor unions should remain a decision made privately without undue pressure from parties on either side of union issues.

Good for Wooldridge.
