This morning I voted for a whole bunch of excellent Republicans, such as Jim Ryan, at Thomas Edison School in Morton Grove. Overall, turnout is described as "very low"--and Niles Township's 58th precinct, an election judge told me I was "lucky voter 13." He didn't elaborate if I was the 13th voter overall, or the 13th Republican, but the polls had been open almost two hours when I exercised my franchise.
Based on what I'm reading, I was probably the 13th voter.
"A Republic, if you can keep it," is what Benjamin Franklin said about the finished product during the Constitutional Convention.
Thirteen voters?

13th voter? What, did you sleep in, I was number 6 in my precinct. And had time to rip the Prez's budget before heading off to vote.
