McConnell warns on executive pay limits, discusses health care reform

Upon news that White House pay czar (another czar!?!) Kenneth Feinberg will drastically cut the pay of top executives at seven banks that received Troubled Asset Relief Program funds, Sen. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) tells CNBC's "Street Signs" that he is concerned that the Democratic majority may attempt to limit pay at other firms--whether or not they received TARP money.

He had this to say about the Democratic proposals for health care reform:

The Health Care package, the larger health care package is half a trillion dollars in Medicare cuts, $400 billion in tax increases on individuals and companies, and higher insurance premiums for everybody who has health insurance now. That isn't reform, reform should be about cutting costs and increasing access.
