Christopher Kelly, a friend and top fundraiser for disgraced former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, has been sentenced to 37 months in prison on tax evasion charges unrelated to his dealings with Blago.Kelly has also been charged in a kickback scheme and was named in a separate indictment in the corruption case that includes the hair-brained Chicago Democrat.
