Follow-up: New suburban pig farmer wins battle over water tower

Two months ago I blogged about Bob Wargaski, the Island Lake, Illinois resident who started a pig farm on his property in an effort to prevent a village water tower from being built near his land.

Well, it looks like Wargaski is the winner in the dispute.
