Rachel Corrie's parents still pushing Caterpillar lawsuit

International Solidarity Movement activist Rachel Corrie was killed by an Israeli Defense Force Caterpillar D-9 bulldozer in 2003 as she tried to block the demolition of a Gaza home that the IDF says was connected via a tunnel to a weapons cash.

As I've noted before, those "stupid" Okies in the Grapes of Wrath had the good sense to get out of the way of an oncoming Caterpillar bulldozer.

Corrie was not blessed with common sense. Nor are her parents, as they continue to pursue a lawsuit against Peoria, Illinois based Caterpillar.

Although I have sympathy for the parents' loss of their daughter, to say that the death of Rachel Corrie is the responsibility of Caterpillar is incredulous.
