Biden struggles to read his teleprompter during Biden-Harris 2024 grassroots virtual kickoff event

It's time for Senile Joe Biden to retire to Rehobeth Beach and get wheeled around the boardwalk there.

Biden is in no condition to serve as president, let alone run for another four-year term.
