IL governor Pritzker says fines are "worthy of considering" for not wearing masks

Illinois governor JB Pritzker, who, although it has nothing to do with this story, is under federal investigation, says it's "worthy of considering" of fining people for not wearing masks in public.

I just ran ten miles through Morton Grove, Skokie, and Glenview.

I didn't wear a mask and I won't even if the Chicago Democrat enforces the order.
