On this day in 2011: Marathon Pundit drives entire Ronald Reagan Trail

Early in the morning on June 6, 2011 I left Marathon Pundit world headquarters in Morton Grove to drive the entire length of Illinois' Ronald Reagan Trail.

"Dutch" was born in Tampico in Whiteside County on February 6, 1911--of course that was the centennial year of Reagan's birth--and after moving around with his family all over northern Illinois, the Reagans finally settled in Dixon,
