The second full weekend of traditional summer brought five fatal shootings to Chicago--while at least 25 others were wounded in the city.

Two men were shot within a few blocks and a few minutes apart in the West Town neighborhood on the Northwest Side. There was a third deadly Northwest Side shooting--a domestic killing in Logan Square.

Chicago's murder leaders are Austin on the West Side and Englewood on the South Side--and they tallied up one homicide each over the weekend.
