Pence to take VP oath on Reagan Bible

Yes, it will be morning in America again beginning Friday. On Inauguration Day, Mike Pence will take his vice presidential oath with his hand on a Bible once owned by Ronald Reagan. The Gipper took his presidential oaths with that Bible. It will be open on the page of II Corinthians 7-14.

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land

Giving the oath will be Associate Justice Clarence Thomas, he'll be the first African American justice to perform this task.

Pence is the former governor of Indiana, Lincoln spent his boyhood in the Hoosier State.
