Subbing for Bill O'Reilly on Fox News' O'Reilly Factor, Chicago native Eric Bolling, joined by former congressman Joe Walsh, who hosts a Chicago-based conservative talk radio show, and a liberal, Matt McGill, who also has a radio talk show, discuss Chicago's rampant violence.
The murder count varies, but Chicago will end the year with nearly 800 murders, most of which will go unsolved.
Only 416 people were murdered in Chicago in 2015.
