Bizarre: Franken defends Clinton Foundation on unreported Qatar $$ because he did USO tours there

In a bizarre appearance on CNN's State of the Union this morning--was he sleepy? Drunk? On drugs?--Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) defended Qatar's unreported $1 million contribution to the Clinton Foundation slush fund because the SNL alumnus appeared at USO shows there.
