Obama filibustered and voted against "indisputably" qualified SCOTUS nominee

Yesterday in a press conference President Obama said he would select an "indisputably" qualified nominee for the vacancy created after the death of Justice Antonin Scalia.

However, as Mark Levin pointed out on his show last night, Obama filibustered a one of George W. Bush's nominees, Samuel Alito. The Senate did approve Bush's choice.

Alito was indisputably qualified. He is a former deputy solicitor general where he argued cased before the Supreme Court. He was the US Attorney for the District of New Jersey and an federal appellate judge.
