Spike Lee's Chi-Raq film out in December

Spike Lee's "Chi-Raq,"  a movie about the violent Englewood on Chicago's South Side, will be released on December 4. In related news, it was a relatively quiet Halloween weekend in Chicago, only one person was murdered in the city, but 28 others were wounded.

However, Illinois' new conceal-and-carry law took one thug off of the streets.
