Spilled beer leads to downstate Illinois murder

Earlier this week in Detroit a man was shot in the groin in a tussle about potato chips. This morning in Sauget, Illinois, which is in the Metro East region near St. Louis, a spilled beer outside an all-night liquor store led to a murder of a man in his twenties.

It's the first homicide in the town in five years--the last one was at the same liquor store.
