Burned-out Detroit home in black-and-white

I intentionally chose black-and-white for this photograph of a burnt-out house on Casper south of Michigan Avenue in a mixed race section of southwestern Detroit near Dearborn. This scene has a Second World War look to it--which is ironic because industrialized Detroit was the arsenal of Democracy during World War II.
