State Dept: What about the cop killers Cuba is harboring?

Our defeatist State Department has recommended that we should remove Cuba from our list of nations that sponsor terrorism. This is not a sound idea. Besides, the communist dictatorship is harboring at least two fugitive American cop killers--Charlie Hill and Joanne Chesimard, who is also known as Assata Shakur. Chesimard was the first woman named to the FBI's most wanted terrorist list.

Why isn't John Kerry demanding that Raul Castro cough up these cop killers?
