Chiraq: 2 dead and 16 wounded over weekend

The temperatures are climbing in Chicago--and so are the number of shootings. The past weekend two Chicagoans were murdered--and at least another 16 were wounded. Hopefully these crimes will be discussed on the mayoral campaign trail today.

    Will these be net hires? In other words, how many of these news cops will replace those lost by attrition?
