(Video) White House admits that Obama and Biden were "sitting at home” and could have gone to Paris

The largest and arguably the most important march in support of freedom of expression took place in Paris on Sunday--four days after the Charlie Hebdo murders.

Not a single high ranking American official attended it--although 40 world leaders were there.

Where was the president? Where was the vice president. "Sitting at home," White House press secretary Josh Earnest said yesterday.

And yes, he admitted, either of them could have flown to Paris for the Sunday march.
