The Chicago Tribune, once a great paper,
writes today that starting this autumn, all Chicago Public School students--all of them--will receive what the paper is calling "free" breakfasts and lunches on every school day.
Those meals are not free--those who pay federal taxes are picking up the tab.
Is supper next? Weekend meals?
Thanksgiving dinner?
