(MSNBC video) Time's Halperin says Hillary lacks "strategic vision" in foreign policy

All presidential candiates have strengths and weaknesses. You would think that after four years as secretary of state  international affairs would be one of them for Hillary Clinton, but Time's Mark Halperin says she lacks "strategic vision" in foreign policy.
