Who will be fired? White House exposes CIA chief in Afghanistan

We have tiny kids wearing grown-up clothes in the White House. President Obama made a surprise trip to Afghanistan yesterday. But on Saturday, in an email sent to reporters, the White House press office included with its list of dignitaries the name of the CIA chief in Afghanistan.

It's a colossal screw-up. But will Obama fire anyone for it? Who has he fired?
