Michigan mainstream media ignoring Levin-IRS Tea Party targeting scandal

Yesterday it was revealed that Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI) was leading the IRS targeting of Tea Party and other grassroots conservative groups in an effort to lessen their influence in the 2012 elections. Conservative media is on top of the story, but Michigan mainstream medial, as of this writing, is ignoring it.

I did a Google News, Bing News, and Yahoo News "IRS Levin" search. There is nothing out there on the Levin-IRS scandal from the Great Lake State.

UPDATE May 16: Over 24 hours after the Levin-IRS story broke, the Detroit News decided to cover this news.
