Illinois' Republican gubernatorial nominee Bruce Rauner is on a Broken Promises tour of the Land of Lincoln. Yesterday he was in Rockford--where he reminded residents of the Forest City of Democrat Pat Quinn's broken promise of keeping his 67 percent income tax hike temporary.
