Forever just ended: SCOTUS upholds Michigan affirmative action ban

The US Supreme Court got one right for once. In a 6-2 decision, the justices upheld Michigan's ban on racial preferences, also known as affirmative action, in regards to state college admissions.

This decision is a major defeat for the institutional Left. As far as they are concerned, affirmative action, which was never meant to be permanent, should stay in place forever.

Forever just ended.
