(Photo) Sign of the times: Now hiring part-timers

We were warned that ObamaCare would lead to a surge in hiring part-time workers--at the expense of full-timers.

I don't know why this McDonalds in Niles, Illinois is interested in hiring part-time employees, but I suspect it could have something to do with the unpopular health care law.
