(CNN video) Politifact names Obama's "Keep your plan" promise its Lie of the Year

President Obama's oft-repeated ObamaCare promise, "If you like your plan, you can keep it," was proclaimed its Lie of the Year by the Pulitzer Prize-winning website Politifact.
