It's been 573 days since Quinn said he was "put on earth" to fix Illinois pensions

Yesterday Illinois' inept governor, Pat Quinn, introduced his running mate for next year's election, former Chicago Public Schools CEO Paul Vallas.

At a joint press conference, the undynamic duo vowed to fix the state's $100-billion-in-the-hole public pension.

Which of course Quinn said he was "put on earth" to do 573 days ago.
