(Video) 5th anniversary of the application to build the Keystone XL pipeline

It was on this day five years ago that a Canadian application to build the Keystone XL pipeline was submitted. President Obama and the Democrats continue to dither on this jobs-creating--20,000 of them--project that will lessen our dependence on oil from hostile nations in the Middle East.

The House Republicans have produced a video that marks this sad anniversary.
