Red line crossed in Syria, Hamlet dithers

A little over a year ago, President Obama said that the use of chemical weapons by the vile Assad regime in Syria would cross a "red line." Well, that red line has been crossed--a year and a day after Obama made that declaration. Now what? As is his wont, Prince Hamlet has crossed the dithering line.
